
Guests are asked to prepare for appointments by removing all clothing and jewelry. For your convenience and comfort, robes and slippers are provided in guestrooms. It is recommended that hotel guests with in-spa appointments arrive at the Spa in their robes and leave personal belongings in guestrooms, as only a small number of lockers are available at the Spa. Ventana is not responsible for valuables left in lockers. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk and personal safes are in all guestrooms.
For treatments in the spa, please wear the robe and slippers provided in your guestroom. Kindly leave jewelry in your in-room safe. For in-room treatments, please wear the robe and slippers provided in your room. During all treatments, you will be appropriately draped.
To allow time for a leisurely check-in please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa appointment. We recommend that you prepare for your treatment with a therapeutic soak in our Japanese hot baths, followed by a beverage from our tea bar, while relaxing with a warm neck pillow.
If you have arranged for a treatment in the privacy of your guestroom, we recommend that you sit quietly, focusing on your breathing 10-15 minutes prior to arrival of the practitioner.
To avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you book your spa reservations at least two weeks in advance of arrival at the resort. To make a reservation use the "Pre-arrival Concierge" on the Ventana web site or call Spa Reservations at 831.667.4222. A Spa reservations agent is available daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST. All spa services may be billed to your room account.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment service, 50% of the service price will be charged. Appointments canceled or changed within six hours of the scheduled treatment service or a no show will be billed at 100% of the service price; same day appointments are non-cancelable.
Spa bookings for private events, such as wedding parties are available. In order to accommodate special group requests we will need 4 weeks advance notice. The catering manager is happy to assist.
If you are under medical care, please consult your physician before participating in any exercise or spa treatment program.
