Preparing for Spa Appointments —Resort Guests
For your convenience and comfort, robes and slippers are provided in guestrooms. It is recommended
that guests, with in-spa appointments, arrive at the Spa in their robes and leave personal belongings in guestrooms, as only a small number of lockers are available at the Spa. Ventana is not responsible for valuables left in lockers. Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk and personal safes are in all guestrooms.

Preparing for Spa Appointments —Non-Resort Guests
The Spa at Ventana is a boutique spa environment and has limited locker and changing space. We ask all day guests to bring a bag to store belongings so you can keep them with you should space be unavailable for storage.

When to Arrive
We invite all Spa guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to their treatment. This allows time to complete the Personal Health Survey and enjoy the Japanese Soaking Tubs, pool and dry sauna in our adjacent Clothing Optional area.

Health
If you are under medical care, please consult your physician before participating in any exercise or spa treatment programs.
Colds and Flu: If you have cold or flu symptoms we ask that you refrain from spa services.
This is to ensure your well-being.

Reservations
To avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you book your spa reservations at least two weeks in advance of your arrival. To make a reservation use the “Pre-arrival Concierge” on the Ventana website or call Spa Reservations at 831.667.4222. A Spa Reservations Agent is available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST daily.

Cancellations
Resort Guests: We ask for at minimum of 24 hour advance notices of cancellation or change in scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is canceled or changed within 24 hours of scheduled treatment services, you will be billed 50% of the service price. Appointments canceled or changed within 6 hours of the scheduled treatment service or a no show will be billed at 100% of the service price; same day appointments are non-cancelable.
Non-Resort Day Guests: We have a non-cancelable policy for all day guest once appointments are booked. Should you need to change your appointment time we will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee availability.

Boutique Mail Orders
To bring the Ventana Spa experience into your home, all of our signature products are available by mail order. Please call the Spa Boutique at 831.667.4222 with your product request. It will promptly
be shipped to you.

Groups and Private Events
Spa bookings for private events — bridal parties, birthdays, gals’ getaway — are available. In order to accommodate special group requests, it is optimum to have a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to schedule. We can often work with tighter timelines so please do call if you have a group you would like to share time with at the Spa. Please ask for the Spa Manager when calling to inquire about group bookings.

Guests are advised not to consume alcoholic beverages prior to Spa treatments.
