Everything about Ventana is designed to transport guests to a place of tranquility. Greeted at check-in with an offer of a glass of wine, electric carts whisk guests and their luggage silently through gardens and redwoods to the comfort of their room. Each morning begins with a hearty and satisfying Big Sur continental breakfast, while every afternoon the popular wine and cheese reception brings guests together for conversation or a good book by the fire.
The Spa at Ventana offers a variety of custom treatments from massages to facials, in a beautiful facility surrounded by nature. Cielo, Ventana's acclaimed restaurant, is an forgettable stroll through the woods, offering contemporary cuisine and spectacular 50-mile views of the Big Sur coast.
The "Art of Relaxation" Package* is valid through April 30, 2008 and includes:

Starry, Starry Nights" Package:
"Starry, Starry Nights" was named for the incredible spectacle of the nighttime sky in Big Sur. Miles from any city lights and with the clear air of an untrammeled coast, the stars seem magical in their intensity, the moon can be bright enough to cast shadows and the nocturnal viewscape is an image reminiscent of Van Gogh's painting.
With this package, guests stay two nights and receive the third night's stay free, affording more opportunities to view the night sky from a variety of settings; private view decks, the clothing-optional Japanese baths, or from the landmark terrace at Cielo restaurant.
The "Starry, Starry Nights" package is available until March 31, 2008 and includes:
- Three night accommodations in guest room category of your choice
(pay for two and the third night is complimentary)
- Cielo Lunch Credit - Enjoy an alfresco lunch for two on the terrace at Cielo (weather permitting) with a $50 credit toward lunch at Cielo Restaurant.
- Cielo Dinner Credit - Enjoy the Chef's Tasting menu or create your own menu with a $150 credit for Cielo Restaurant
- A Welcome basket of spa products in your room upon arrival
- Two 50-minute spa treatments of your choice
